Pathways to Success: Youth Entrepreneur Edition is an 8 week entrepreneurship program designed to equip youth with the tools, confidence, and real world exposure needed to start and sustain a small business. Participants will explore entrepreneurship through hands on activities, mentorship from local business owners, and guided workshops that walk them step by step through business ideation, planning, branding, legal setup, and pitching.

Each week features a local entrepreneur guest speaker who shares their journey, challenges, and lessons learned, providing youth with authentic insight and inspiration. By the end of the program, participants will formally present their business plans at a closing ceremony attended by their families and community supporters.
